EQ2 Quest:The Pirate Hoop  

This quest is initiated by examining a Pirate Earring. This item is dropped by Nerius Pirates on the beach of Nektulos.

You must first visit Merchant Girafer L'Un in North Freeport at -139.96, -22.53, -86.27 Copy . She will then give you another quest, Pirate Hoop - Owner Found and then direct you to seek out Banwyn Sympronian in Beggar's Court.

The reward is coin, AA and experience.
