EQ2 Quest:The Concordium's Delivery  

This is a Qeynos to Freeport Betrayal quest. It is initiated by talking to Vernon Tinworthy in Fish's Alehouse in Qeynos Harbor.

It seems Vernon would like you to do some eavesdropping on some people around Qeynos using a Voice Modulator, a device that will appear in your inventory. Your marks only spawn at night (after 8pm game time). As you approach their locations you will get a message prompting you to use the Voice Modulator (by right-clicking it in your inventory).

• Augurer Phineas in South Qeynos (651.51, -19.03, 124.50 ). Note: Phineas only appears during the night, and putting in the voice recorder in your ear any other time is not going to do anything.
• Augurer Arnon ( 435.27, -21.17, 258.36 )
• Augurer Vharlan ( 534.74, -9.56, 131.99 )
• Novitiate Shorechaser near the gates to Qeynos Harbor ( 752.54, -20.71, 188.87 )
• Augurer Caranthir near the gates to Qeynos North ( 389.17, -20.49, 167.04 )

You will need to be in close proximity to all of these targets to use the Voice Modulator.
