EQ2 Quest:The Concordium's Delivery
This is the 2nd quest in the Qeynos Betrayal series.
This quest is initiated by talking to Vernon Tinworthy in Fish's Alehouse in Qeynos Harbor.
It seems Vernon would like you to do some eavesdropping on some people around Qeynos using a Voice Modulator, a device that will appear in your inventory. Your marks only spawn at night (after 8pm game time). As you approach their locations you will get a message prompting you to use the Voice Modulator (by right-clicking it in your inventory). All targets are in South Qeynos.
- Augurer Phineas at 651.51, -19.03, 124.50 .
- Augurer Arnon at 435.27, -21.17, 258.36 .
- Augurer Vharlan at 534.74, -9.56, 131.99 .
- Novitiate Emily Shorechaser near the gates to Qeynos Harbor at 752.54, -20.71, 188.87 .
- Augurer Caranthir near the gates to North Qeynos at 389.17, -20.49, 167.04 .
You will need to be in close proximity to all of these targets to use the Voice Modulator.
WARNING: ACCEPTING THE CONSEQUENCES OF BETRAYAL FROM TOWSER IS THE POINT OF NO RETURN FOR QEYNOS BETRAYAL!
Once you have found updates for all of these marks, visit Towser Flizgibbert in The Elddar Grove at 689, 16, -451 to complete the quest.
