EQ2 Quest:The Apprentice  

Hamish realizes that his apprentice must be eliminated and tells you to use his Geo-Arcanic stake in front of Kaladim. Shouldn't be anything dangerous in the area for staff to be used (wait until a message comes across the screen that says "the Geo-Arcanic staff begins to hum softly", loc for me was about -215, 155, 461). Feagon will spawn with an arrow-down pet. Kill him for coin, xp and choice of weapon rewards.
