EQ2 Quest:Scattered Notes  

Hoggle Bogstrutter at the docks needs someone to retrieve some lost notes. He asks you to kill orcs outside of the outpost until you have acquired all 10 of them.

These are random drops on any orc. After you have all ten you may return to him. This will result in some coin and experience, as well as opening a new quest.
