This quest is given by Quint Cerlius M.E. after you complete the Tools of the Mistrade quest (see related quests).

You must find various borderlands reports from various greenhoods. They can be found on the trees. They can be found at:

Blood Ore Valley

After completing this task you should return to Quint Cerlius M.E. for your choice of rewards, and to open up the Little Lost Landing quest.
