EQ2 Quest:Manifest Destiny  

This quest is given by Quint Cerlius M.E. after you complete the Innocence and Allegiance quest (see related quests).

You must Find a scroll in a tent on the eastern part of the deathfist mine area (+187, +12, -123) and kill Equite Recruits in Zek to get 6 manifests (uncommon auto-updating drop).

After completing this task you should return to Quint Cerlius M.E.for your choice of rewards, and to open up the Tools of the Mistrade quest.
