EQ2 Quest:Lore and Legend: Shadowed Man  

This quest is initiated by examining the book "On the Origins of Shadowed Men". This book is a timed triggered item at +4.39, +7.3, -115.52 upstairs in the Academy in North Freeport or at 711.33, +42.19, +108.53 in the Mage's Tower (red teleportal) in South Qeynos.

You must collect 8 pieces to study. Three of these are journal updates obtained update by killing Shadowed Men. The other 5 are drops on Shadowed Men, and can be obtained from other players. They are:

Updates:

• A Shadowman Spirit
• A Shadowman Shadowed Heart
• A Shadowman Collected Darkness

Drops:

• A Shadowman Swirling Shadow
• A Shadowman Aspect of Shadow
• A Shadowman Void Kernal
• A Shadowman Vortex Ripple
• A Shadowman Planar Fiber

The reward is a trophy and a readable version of the book which can be placed in your home.

Completing this quest allows your Master Strike, Master Smite or Master Rage to affect Shadowed Men.
