From the GU 55 patch notes: Quest has been altered to reflect the recent changes in Butcherblock's population; quest now directs players to Hamish Felderham's line of quests.

Grot Leadarm in East Fort Irontoe says he is too ill to work and asks you to tell Garl Copperstroke in West Fort Irontoe ( -223, 214, -189 ).
