Hamish asks you to determine the fate of his apprentice Feagon, who can be found in the Mortartoe Mines between E Outpost and the Chessboard (best to use a guard to point loc) at loc -830, 106, 262. Feagon says something menacing and drops his journal. Pick it up and bring back to Hamish for coin and xp. Even though he shouts something for his nearby minions to attack, nothin happens.
