EQ2 Quest:Commonlands Creature Cataloging  

This quest is initiated by reading the book "Commonlands Creature Catalog". This book can be purchased from Sage Nevarius Orvalis in North Freeport.

This quest involves using the catalog skill on various creatures in the Commonlands. The quest was bugged at last check, however.

Required Creatures

• A Digger Wasp - NE of the graveyard in middle of Commonlands 3, -34, 22 Copy
• A Vulrich - Common spawns NW of the Hidden Tower Griffon.
• A Dune Cobra - Northeast of hte Ruins of Val'Marr
• A Shin'Ree Avenger - Common spawns near Wailing Caves.
• A Silt Shark - In the ocean just NE of the pier with the mariner bells. rare spawn near -1260, -148, -925 Copy Also reported at -1376, -191, -935 Copy and -810, -149, -1165 Copy .
• A Noxious Scorpion - Southeast of Crossroads
• A Rhinoceros - Common spawns in the western flats near the druid rings, and near the nomad camps.
• A Savanna Lion - Uncommon spawns near the druid rings.
• A Thumping Banded Armadillo - Just outside gates. (rare spawn)
• A Moon Wisp - Spawns at the Wisp Grove near the Freeport Station Griffon Tower
• A Monitor Lizard - Southeast of the Crossroad -1100, 0, 386 Copy
• A Savage Carrion Hound - Common spawns near the Dog Pond, and mixed in with the orcs in the south.
• A Bay Sifter - Common spawns in the ocean near the mariner bell dock.
• An Elephant - Common spawns near the druid rings, and near the lakes close to the nomad camps.
• A Mith Deer - Uncommon spawn near the Crossroads.
• A Scourge Rat - 364, 0, 134 Copy near Fallen Crusaders
