Strategy

As you pregress through the adventuring quest line of The Sundered Frontier, you will eventualy be able to talk to a woman in Paineel called Sherra L'Arel she will offer you the EM Toxxuila Raid Quest Tending to Toxxicology (92 Epic).

Once you complete the quest and kill Vuulan you will get a chest spawn and in it will be the Staff of Calling which is needed for the Hard Mode Raid of Toxxuila.
