Strategy

As you progress through the adventuring quest line of The Sundered Frontier, you will eventualy be able to talk to a woman in Paineel called Sherra L'Arel. She will offer you the EM Toxxuila Raid Quest Tending to Toxxicology (92 Epic). Once you complete the quest and kill Vuulan you will get a chest containing this Staff of Calling which is needed for the Hard Mode Raid of Toxxuila.
