We've been running around madly mapping out all the Mobs, NPCs and POIs in the level 1-15 zones for you and feel it is ready to unveil.  Each zone now has a complete, filterable map to let you find every one of a specific type of NPC, Mob or Point of Interest in the zone.  In addition, each individual bestiary page includes a map with the locations you can find it.  Here are some examples:
