This is basically a FAQ section to assist in the problems that many seem to have at one time or another. Go and check out the Tips section and see if your question is answered before heading to the Technical Help board or calling in.
We've added a Tips for Playerssection to the web site. These tips were created based on questions players asked the most in game. Even the experienced player might be able to find a few useful tips there.
