Patch 1.4.0 is up, and it's been uploaded to our servers, the US PC patch is up, and the US Mac one is on it's way. As usual, it's for premium members only, and you can find it at http://wow.allakhazam.com/patchdownload.html Patch notes are available on the Blizzard site. EDIT: For now, we had to take the patch downloader off. Since both WoW and FFXI are down at the moment, we're getting too much traffic to allow downloads of it. Once the games come back up we'll be able to offer the patch again. Sorry for the inconvenience. EDIT Part 2: OK, we're back up, I'm re-enabling the patch download for those who still need it.
