2K and Firaxis has released the full-length cinematic intro to Beyond Earth.

Civilization: Beyond Earth will launch worldwide next Friday, October 24, 2014. Earlier today, the entire intro cinematic to the game was released, a perspective from those who are chosen for the new frontier.
