Players are treated to double experience weekend

If you were locked in a firefight somewhere in Quartz Ridge all week, you might have missed this. 

None other than PlanetSide 2 creative director Matt Higby tweeted the news about this weekend:

"As a Thank You to @planetside2 players for sticking it out through some launch week server instability we are doing double XP this weekend!"

Great news to be sure. But even better news is that it stacks with all other boosts and membership! The double XP weekend kicks off today at 9:00AM PST and runs until Monday at 9:00AM PST.

What are you waiting for? You have your orders -- suit up and head to the battlefield!
