Ok listen up guys, here is the 411 i have on these horses. I have a good friend that knows a bit of the mystery behind these beasts of burden.
1) Beast Masters will get a skill that allows them to tame the horses, what lvl or how difficult is unkown so far.
2) Horses can be carried across zone lines.
3) The PC estimate on the horses is 100kpp estimated when the expansion first comes out
4) One can cast from a horse as long as it is still
5)Horses cannot be stolen :(
6) speed will vary on different horses
7) Small races=Ponies Medium Races=Stead Large Races= War horse
The matter of whether they are soul bound or not is unknown to me. Hope this was helpful :)
