DDO's Update 5: Rise of the Guilds will feature Guild Housing and Guild Airships!

Dungeons and Dragons Online fans who have been eagerly awaiting more Guild support will now have something to cheer about, as Turbine is planning to release a new update on June 28th titled "Rise of the Guilds," which will, obviously, be focused almost entirely on guilds! With this new update, players will be able to buy an Airship (that's right!), where they can take to the skies and decorate their Airships with all sorts of things, like taverns, rest shrines, auctioneers and much more. In addition to this, Guilds will also be able to earn "Guild Renown" to gain Guild Levels (and therefore gain more power) by defeating monsters and finding special treasure chests.

Of course, the DDO team isn't just content to release a patch with only guild features, and so they've also released a new "Carnival of Shadow" adventure pack, where players can take their newly empowered guild mates to beat on some terrifying clowns.
