According to a post by NCsoft Community Relations Manager Nyx, the global Christmas event that was planned in Lineage has been canceled due to some critical errors that cannot be fixed in time. Instead, double exp and drops will be offered in the game for two weeks from Dec. 23 to Jan. 6.

"The event will remain on PTS if you have not gotten a chance to see any of it (Rudolph and Santa are *very* cute!). We will try to bring you this event in the future when the bugs are ironed out," Nyx said. NCsoft's Frostradamus chimed in to confirm that it was "a time constraint thing" and "had a lot to do with the version difference between Korea and the US."
