I'm building the back end of the tradeskill database at the moment, and in an effort to ensure that I cover all possibilities I'd like to collect as much data as possible ahead of hand. What we do understand is this: 3 tradeskills currently, armor crafting, weaponcrafting, jewelcraft. In each tradeskill, you may advance 10 ranks, upon which you advance a "tradeskill level". Essentially 100 steps. There are 10 Base ingredients for each tradeskill. JC is Iron Bronze Steel Copper Silver Electrum Gold Platinum Adamatite Mithril Special for example. Combining a block of the metal, with a mold will result in an item, presuming you succeed on the combine. You may additionally add a dropped component to the combine to grant the item additional statistics to it. This leads me to believe that we can pre-calculate portions of the tradeskills and tradeskill items available to crafters and players in the game.
