SOE Unveils PAYDAY: The Heist at E3

Sony Online Entertainment unveiled its latest game at E3, and it's a bit different from the fantasy titles that are generally associated with the company. PAYDAY: The Heist is a squad-based first-person shooter that puts players in the roles of career criminals. SOE is acting as publisher for the game, which is developed by Overkill Software.

Teams of four players will get to fight their way through six action-packed heists that dynamically change for every play-through. If you've ever played Left 4 Dead, then you'll understand the basic concept of the game.
