Auction House Pricing???Follow

google auctioneer addon and install it. run the scan for about a week to get a general idea of what an item buys/sells for.

I'm sure someone more cpu savvy can correct this if it's incorrect. I had an IT buddy help me so this is from memory. When you download it, save it in the addons file in WoW. Then you click to unzip. Should install itself and be running when you log on.

If you are having problems downloading the zip. Just do a check before you put your items in the AH. Find out if there are any of the items and/or something very similar and price accordingly. Just bid to what you think is right. If you have a stack of 10 firefins(fish) and they are priced anywhere from 2g to 5g just either underbid or price somewhere in the middle.
Simple solution.
Stupid as it sounds. I always do this before I sell something in AH. I just see what is available on that day and price accordingly.

Add-ons are nice from what I've read about them, but you don't need them. Check your AH for pricing on items that are either exactly what you have or very similar to what you have to get pricing.

Well ok. I am going to try this. YOU HAD ME AT RICH....lol. Hopefully, with all the info here I am smart enough to figure it out.

One point to remember. The pricing information you get from Auctioneer is only as good as your database. The more often you scan the AH, the more accurate your pricing information will be. At the very least, you should perform a scan daily for about a week. Twice daily is even better.

I don't use add-ons and I don't plan to. After a while you just understand what items are worth. After about 1-2 weeks you get good at "playing" the AH. Now I make about 50-100g per weekend. What I did was send all my money from my main (50g) to my alt. So now I never have to go bak to Org for anything but training. I have not sent any money from my main down to my alt, it is now the other way. the alt is actually supporting my main for money. i have about 350g now after only 2 weeks of just using the AH for about 20mins a day. It rly works well and is a very profitable buisness. THERE ARE MANY NEWBS WHO UNDER PRICE ITEMS, don't make fun of them, USE THEM FOR YOUR INCOME. :)

All the mods that work for PCs will work for Macs as well. They are actually scripts written in WoW's internal language, rather than stand-alone executables.

Download Auctioneer (http://norganna.com/). It's the only mod that I think is universal. Look over the mods at the three main UI websites: Curse Gaming, WoWinterface, and Worldofwar.net.
