Things I loved about the original AO? Creating and building characters is uniquely dissimilar to any other 3d MMORG on the market. Planning a twink job was far more than acquiring the correct items since it also involved precise puzzle-like planning, math skills and some pretty deep knowledge of game. Funcom was one of those companies that had some great gaming ideas but could never quite put them into a game that functioned properly.

Funcom NV, a developer of online games, retained ABG Sundal Collier ASA to review options after its latest product failed to meet revenue forecasts as it seeks solutions for the repayment of debt in 2016.

“The company is actively seeking interested parties for discussions surrounding a possible investment, acquisition, merger or any other available options,”(...) Funcom shares fell 2.3% to 0.87 kroner as of 9:36 a.m. in Oslo, the lowest level since July 30. The game developer’s shares have plunged 57 percent so far this year.
