Are you talking about the 107 year old guy that locked himself in his room with a gun, threatened the lives of the woman and her child whose house he was in, and then was found dead after a 3-hour long stand-off that ended in a shoot-out which HE himself had initiated?

Right, Arkansas. My mistake. Arizona was the one that passed that stricter than hell Immigration Law last week.
