not that bad really i got expelled from school when i was 6 for attempting to stab another pupil...

I got beat up occasianally when at school, my parents were the type that drilled into me the "Violence never solves anything" and "It's wrong to hit people, especially girls" lessons since I can remember. I never hit back, they never got in trouble and it pissed me off no end. However, one particular kid who's favourite line of attack was to call you Gay, ****** etc. is now living in Soho with his boyfriend >.<
Point here is, school will finish one day. You'll probably never see these people again. It really isn't worth freaking out over.

Suspended for ONE DAY?!?!?!??!?!

Do you want to know what happens to kids in this state when they get into a fight at school/on the bus???
They first go to JUVY! Yes... any child fighting be it starting it OR joining OR being the one who takes the first punch gets ARRESTED for ASSALT. You spend about 3 days in Juvy go to court and generaly get put on House Arrest for 6 months to begin with.
So just be HAPPY it is one day you are getting....
On a note.. if you were able to CALMLY ask him to stop.. why didn't you just move? Also on a note.. there is such thing as the BUS driver to call attention to the person who is annoying you. Sure.. it might make you look like a tattle tale, but you know what, I would much rather have my 7 yr old look like that on the bus instead of being carted off later in his schooling!

Have you tried to go straight to the head office? If you truly truly didn't deserve it, taking (nonviolent) action would at least do something. The principal or assistant principal in charge if discipline isn't going to write you off as just another troublemaker if you go straight to them and let them know that the busses need to be monitored more closely.
In addition, if you do go to the head office, don't be a *****. Explain in plain terms, almost matter-of-factly, why the disciplinary system WASN'T a help in this case, and what you want them to do about it.
UNLESS you're just a whiney ***** trying to get everyone on your side, and you really deserve what you got.

Calm down life is a freakin box of chocolates, yeah u might get a moldy one here or there but other than that ur fine. Don't be actin like a victim. In high school i got suspended all the time by a few pricks who liked to make things up. So what i did was slam into the principals office, and told him that if he didn't watch the little prick ****** that i would ***** sue his ***. So next day the pricks were suspended and i went to thier houses and beat the **** out of them.

freebeernporn is right. Do this..... and you'll be sure to have your *** handed to you in the form of a restraining order and probable arrest. In addition, immediate action will probably be taken by security guards when you charge into the principal's office with threats.
All raging testosterone ignored, threats don't really make anyone scared. Brains win over brawn. Knowing how to coerce others into doing what you need them to do is a much more effective than threatening. Why? Because they believe what you believe.
Be calm, be clear, be concise, and be convincing.

Life is very fair. If you were in my town, not only would you have to deal with the suspension, but DV Assault 4.
One day suspension is basically a slap in the wrist. Additionally, its a precausion the school takes to let things cool down. Look at things on the bright side. It could of been significantly worse.

Sure you'll probably get in trouble. But at my age, if trouble don't cost you money, then it's spilt milk. It'll blow over in no time, but you'll still have your day off, and the gratitude of knowing that you kicked someones ***.
