Well I'm not gona tell you what happened but baisicly a kid the same age and grade as me began to elbow me and punch me when I didn't use any phyisical force against him. So I took him and told him to stop but he kept doing it and then I can't remember but in anger I just beat him up and at the end all I can remember was he on the ground of the bus holding his head and looking stuned. Then when I explained that he hit me first and I even litteraly sat there taking punches and calmly told him to stop they said that if I haven't tried to squeeze past him to get a seat in the bus it wouldn't of happened. So now he has a huge bump on the head and it looks like his mouth is messed up, I have a feeling that my fate was already decided and they're gona ask a bunch of witnesses that I think will lie and so baisicly I'm already suspended for one day and I think:

Well what if you're in the side of the window and a kid starts to elbow you in the face because you squeeze in cause there were no other seats. Then I litteraly sit there as he elbows me to stop and then he gets right into my face and then he says "I'm beating you up what now?" so I say "Dude just chill out" but he continued to do it and then I just got mad. I mean can you help it? I didn't even talk to him and don't even know him but he just kept being a *** hole and freaked out because I sat next to him and I even told him to stop and let him hit me. In the divine plan that has been set up, you were suppose to sit there and take it like a *****. Unfortunatly, we humans get carried away with outselves and think we can help ourselves out with a little equality. Sadly enough, this is how we're punished. One person bends the rules a little. The rest try to follow and get caught. It's stupid, and it always happens to ourselves.
Pre-emptive strikes is where it's at. Some people are just born pricks and they'll never listen to reason. I always like to punch them unconscience first before they begin their shenanigans. It's kind of hard to sort out the pricks from the non-pricks, so these days I just take a swing at everyone. I figure the odds are on my side.

...Or you could realize that High School crap is nothing to get worked up about.
Make sure that if you use physical force that is is overwhelming physical force. You will face a suspension for simply laying a hand on an idiot these days so it's best to make it count.

I agree with Warlord Lefein, intense, over-the-top force is the only thing most people understand these days. You should have pushed his head through one of the windows of the bus them proceeded to stomp his face into a mushy pulp. At my school if you hit someone your expelled.
I go to a "alternative" school. Lots of people STILL get in fights today, the entire school has anger management issues.
One time two girls got in a fight and one of the girls got the other girls finger nail stuck in her cheek, it was funny.

Second, not sure about your school, but many years ago schools enacted a policy where both people involved in the fight, no matter who started it, were to be punished. Every fight I had in school I didn't start, yet I was punished equally under that system.

I guess it's not a matter of if it was "right" but this world is a matter of policies made by man. Well thank you for your support Kastigar I thought you will understand and tell me if I broke a rule. I guess I should be rated down after someone just told me I'm a boy that cares about if he feels good and I mindlessly attacked someone without any reason. And therefore Kastigar I have cleverly rated down your post. I'm not a malicious man and I will not rate down every post you or flea makes and I will fairily judge someone and not assume someone's personality and I will not make assumptions about someone. School aint fair and teacher are pretty much blind. 2 kids start fighting in the class room. Teacher turns around doesnt notice. My friend starts talking to me and he gets moved. point is life aint fair and people like that need to be punished and taught a lesson by putting him in a freakshow as the one balled boy. just get over it not a big deal its just 1 day out. I would have done the above of my post. But then again I lose all control in fights soooo... I aviod grudges and fights. I use the system to my advantage.

Then scream out loud. VERY loud. "NO I won't have butt-*** with you. You freaking ****! Quit asking!"
That'll embarress him enough to get him to backoff. Or at least make his life hell for the rest of his school year(s).
If he keeps it up just knock his teeth out and explain you don't like being sexually harrassed and that the school is at fault for not controling him better. Throw in a "I'm going to have my mom speak to her lawyer and the local paper about perhaps a lawsuit." and see if they suspend you.
