Cross-game tells do work in EverQuest II.

To message characters on your own server:

/tell character message

To message characters on another EQ2 server:

/tell server.character message

To message characters in SWG:

/tell swg.server.character message

To message characters in EQ:

/tell eq.server.character message

My question is has anyone been able to get EQ1 to other games to work .. all I get is player is not online but I know he is.

I don't get the game for a couple days yet but would still like to talk to my friends who happen to have easy access to these games ... going into withdrawls :)

I've tried the ;tell eq2.server.name and the /tell eq2.server.char to no effect .. anyone here get this and is playing in swg or eq2 shoot me a tell .. its eq.nameless.stewpitt should be online for next hour or so would like to see what the tell format looks like and hopefully I can respond :)

Thanks

I'm afraid this only works to people in the same game. Completely different system I think.

Sorry >_<
