Chat Filters and Debuff Question...{Help me out!}Follow

Ok, so I'm getting ready to start BRD up and seem to have gotten my filters all messed up leveling random other jobs, especially since the new filters were added. >< Can anyone tell me the best filter set up to just see the important stuff like debuffs landing/wearing off, pt buffs wearing off, mob self buffs, etc?

Also, how does the stacking of mob debuffs work? I keep reading stuff that lists 3 things (forget the 3 types <_<) to cast on the mob after you have your pt buffs up. Does that mean you can stick more than 2 songs to a mob unlike PCs or will only 2 stick before overwriting still?

(Side question I just thought of. What happens if you're fighting a BRD mob and you sing a threnody or something on top of their buffs, or they you...does it overwrite your things or do you get a 3rd icon?)

I do believe it's these filters you want OFF to see the stuff on screen:

effects of special actions on you
effects of special actions on party
effects of special actions on allies(own preference on this one)
special actions initiated by NPCs
effects of special actions on NPCs


btw, (my own preference) i leave special actions that you/party/allies initiate OFF, just to see if i didn't hit a wrong macro and sing the wrong songs.. lol
