you need to get the kazam keys from Ghelsba Outpost, Giddeus, and i'm not sure about the other >< try looking it up on Allakhazam. Well when u get the keys go to jeuno and turn them in to the guy at the kazahm dock in port jeuno. You will get the kazahm pass which allows you to take the boat to kazam (party there 24-32) for 200g (per ride). Good luck ^^

Ghelsba Outpost, Giddeus, and Palborough Mines. Its tough to get on your own, I'd shout for a few minutes for other people that need them as well.
