Any way to force Silence *not* to cast?

Lesser colibris seem to resist it heaps, so I imagine the rest of the family will too; is there a maneuvre combo to stop it from casting Silence, or not any more? I tried having wind up and also earth up but it casted anyway...

Actually, if you're talking about Soulsoother, you SHOULD equip Scanner. It will stop it from silencing colibris. Otherwise, no.
