It's a shame I've never gotten around to making a PvP movie, I always had such good ideas of stuff to put in it. Like starting with that song in a fragment where I got my *** kicked before going over into the actual video with calm jazz/reggae.

Ah, right - Gnarls' Barkley's Going On. I picked that one earlier - it's in a PvP video by Mahiko and Buddhist that has always inspired me to perform in PvP.
Another more recent option would be "Hey Hey" by the Planet Smashers; it's upliving, inspiring and has semi-applicable lyrics ("Hey hey, the clock's still ticking - do what you do but you'll soon run out of time").

I'd probably pick Transformer (by Gnarls Barkley) for mine.
It was in a video by a rogue that I can't remember somewhere in between S1 and S2, and that video really got me playing my rogue again.

Serious answer though, when I'm raiding I generally listen to something that helps me be more calm and focused, which is probably the opposite of 'kick ***! kill kill!' type of music. Sometimes it's classical, some times it's more like this, this or this.
