we will have to wait and see but i have heard many shaman been down ranking to rank 4 anyhow in bc so maybe rank 5 is high enough in wotlk. will see.

Here is my opinion on ToW. Yes most of the other casters are going to be hit capped in raids so the +3% to hit is useless for them, but you know that you can always have ToW with you. This means that ToW is basically a 1 point +3% hit talent, even if you only include it being used by yourself this is a ridiculously good use of 1 talent point.

I can't see myself ever skipping this talent if I'm going for deep elemental for raids because this allows me to almost not even have to worry about hit rating at all and allows me to go for straight damage gear instead. 1 talent point for a 3% plus hit with a 3% bonus to crit rating on top? Sign me up any day.
