It only happens in BEM, actually Forge Camps on plateau and in Skettis.
When I dismount (either flying or ordinary mount) my pet appears with 50% hp and mp no matter in what state he was when I mounted.
I never actually mount if I dont have pet with full hp because I never know when I can get kicked or shot off and I need him for protection.
Its getting to annoy me very much and I dont have any responses from GMs yet.
Is that some new bug or I havent found it being talked about yet?

Ah, one of my friends had this problem when she'd dismount. It was being caused by her addon "Bulldog" I think. Can't say I've heard about it from anyone else though.

to quote blizzard (roughly) "delete all your addons and then load the game"
to translate:
copy them all somewhere. load the game, close it. put the addons back and re-load it. this usually solves most issues. if it's still an issue then i'll go with mirrah and say you need to remove a few addons / update them.

I dont use Bulldog (dont even know what it is) but it might be one of my addons playing tricks on me.
It seems to happen less often lately so I might not have to take the trouble and try to discover whats causing the problem.
Getting the pet stuck on trees in Skettis I guess is totally another matter >.<
