What is level 19 twink gear, is that star-something or another chest piece part of it?

I had a 19 rogue and shaman twink for a while untill i bumped my shaman to 29 twinkage and my gear was amazingly good.

Anything 19 or lower in level that is on me or in my bag I used. My back at lvl 19 was some green 'of stamina' with +5 reistence to all magic which rly helped me agianst mages who nova'd alot.
