Buying a Nightsaber MountFollow

Sorry if this was already addressed somewhere but I'm a bit confuzzled. I'm a lvl 20 night elf druid and I was told that I can not buy a nightsaber mount until I reach at least lvl 30, have developed an exalted reputation in darnassus and have 20g for the riding training. However, according to the WoW website there is no level or rep requirement for a night elf to buy a mount. He/she just needs to have the 20g. Now, which is accurate? Because I want to buy a mount badly and if all I need is 20g well then that's awesome. Someone please enlighten me. Thanks!

Okay. In order or requirements.

1) Must be level 40.
2) 100g (80g for the mount, 20g for the training) If only friendly rep. honored or above it goes down to 90g (72 for the mount, 18 for the training)

I'll also point out that your PvP rank has some effect on it as well. I'm a seargent (spelling?) with honored at Darnassus and I'm paying 80g total (16g for the skill and 64g for the mount itself).
