Is there a list of pet comands like the emote list?
Don't think so...unless you mean PetAttack() or something like that.
To use their attacks like Claw and Growl, the macro is just
/script CastSpellByName("Claw(Rank 3)")
and you can substitute whatever you want for Rank and Spell.

One that me know are;

/script PetWait()

i am looking at how long that would take to type for some people and i think it would be just easyer to click the button
