anyone notice something wrong with imp. scorpid sting?Follow

well, recently i respec'd into Marksman for pvp and instance purposes (heard that pets are really not wanted in higher lvl ones) so i decided to put points into imp. scorpid sting to lower str, agi, and sta. when i tried hunting the ogres in tanaris, much to my surprise, im lowering str, and agi by -45 (rank 3) but sta is only lowered by 1! now is it just me, but i have 2 points into talent (sta is lowered 20% of lowered str) and 20% of 45 is 9. anyone else with this talent investment having the same problem?

thought as much. guess i just wasted those talent points....
anyways, thanks for reply, guess i should post it in bug forum on game site.
