I did it with a warrior and a rogue, so I wouldn't say a healer is required. We were all low-mid 40s, but are guildies and know each others' play styles. We gathered the fangs and started the quest. I had my VW pet up for this, but if you think another would be better for your group makeup, go nuts. On the first wave, I corrupted/agonied all three, killed one solo with my VW tanking, while the warrior and rogue dealt with the 2 remaining ones. Same deal on the second wave, but I kept the 4th one feared until we were ready for him. The final wave was a bit tricky though, and a healer would have helped immensely, since we were racing the gorillas to see whose hp would be 0 first. AE fear was a life-saver though; it gave everyone enough time to suck down a healthstone/potion and keep fighting. In group situations where you're facing many non-elites at once, the voidwalker can come in handy if you decide to use hellfire or another area of effect nuke. Give the warrior time to build aggro on everything and fire off rain of fire or hellfire. If you get aggro too early, sacrifice the voidwalker to buy time for another. Easy way to do knock down groups of mobs to sub-20% hp.
