Changin Back to another over 60 craft? quick questionFollow

Ok so my Cook used to be 100, but i switched to Cloth and took that to 94, can i swithc back to cook, and will it still be 100 and cap cloth at 60, or will i have lost skill in one or the other, or both

if you have 100 cook 60 cloth.
when you skill your cloth up to 60.1, your cook will reduce to 99.9.
so when your cloth reaches 100, your cook will be 60.
if you want to start cooking again, you'll start at 60 and you'll lose your cloth skill the same way as above.
