What's really goin on?Follow

Hmm.. Well, my life is kind of almost perfect..

I need a good MMO to play that doesn't require me to play all the time, everyone says WoW, I tried WoW, I put in a decent amount of time for a week or two then never had the desire to play it again. Jesus, I've never seen a company complain so much when you cancel your account, if you don't know what I'm talking about, and have a WoW account, go to your account info as though you were going to cancel it, and just try, it doesn't just want a reason, but it wants details, they want to know why I'm quitting? Blow me with all your @#%^ing whining, Blizzard.

Anyways, I had a crazy idea the other day and bought EQ2, called my brother and he did the same, ofcourse the game seems REAL similar to WoW, this could be because I have not yet had a character break level 8, and didnt get above 22 or so on WoW.

The real question here though is this: I noticed that Sefana and Dirges both play EQ2, and are actually on the same server, so I was wondering, do you two play together, and whether you do or not, want to play sometime?

Other than that, I'm just doing my usual rambling, you see I'm working nights right now, and it's my weekend, however, I don' know anybody who wants to do anything between 3-7 in the morning (I work 7pm-7am and usually sleep around 8am) which makes spending time with people fairly difficult.

I actully had a dream the other day where I died, I don't remember how, but then I woke back up at my funeral and everyone was flipping out.. Not much more, just that I was really thirsty.. I imagine you would be after being dead for a while, for some reason I remember it being 3 days..

Anyways.. I'll try and remember to check this if anybody feels like reading through the fairly large amount of run-on sentences..

Well well well..BON, what the **** are you doing here? I haven't seen you...in longer then I think I've seen anyone on these forums holy crap. No offence but I totally forgot about you man, and well, now ofcourse, it all came back to me..and geeze it's been long.

Good to hear from you again.

But honestly, what the hell were you on when you wrote that? Acid trip ftw? I'm just wondering cuz you really side-tracked onto some interesting thoughts about things that have no reason to be on the internet...let alone slip out of your own mind heh. But that's okay, we don't mind here :)

As far as MMO's go...I've played a few myself since I got done with EQOA a couple years back heh. Started with WoW...and though I had my fair share of quitting that game, I did go back a lot..in fact I actually got Gladiator on my Warlock Season 1...then I got banned...then I got Gladiator on my friends Warrior and Priest for him Season 2......then I quit WOW for good and now I have no intentions of going back.

I'm only saying all this so you understand that I too tried out wow, and in all honesty I think it's quite a terrible game. The only thing that made it fun for me was the fact that it was one of the only games currently that had good PVP, atleast imo. But when that got boring, which it did, I realized how terrible of a game it truly is overall, so that being said I hate WOW quite a lot and personally even find EQOA a much much better quality of a game. (If EQOA had PVP i'd still be playing it lol)

I tried out a few other games as well during this time, usually on my breaks from wow...this included Lineage2, Vanguard, Guild Wars, City of Villains, etc...an they all kinda sucked or got boring fast. None of them ever kept me wanting more.

So I don't actually suggest any of that. BUT..Age of Conan just came out 2 days ago, and I purchased it...and well it sure has it's fair share of problems since it's Launch day/week and all that...but personally I love it! I'm actually planning on going today to Fries and upgrade my computer so I can play it better, because it seems worth it to me atm...I haven't been so drawn to a game for a while..so it's quite nice. So I do actually suggest AoC or atleast to give it a try Bon :)

I'm actually glad that there is no reference to Arnold actually in the game, lol. But I'm sure you can make your character look just like him, and then you could be super cool and slaughter millions of people to death...which is ultimately the point of the game.

Check it out imo, it's really tight, just launched so it's still having some troubles but it's one of the most entertaining MMO's I've ever played thats for sure. Plus it's Rated M. I mean come on. lol

I think I stay up for too long befor deciding to visit this site.. I don't think I've played EQ2 since about 3-4 days after installing it, really should cancel my account..

Oh, and yes Sakura, it's good to know we've talked to eachother..
