servers down ?Follow

Been trying to log in for a while on and off (about 90mins)
first the site was down (lotro) and I couldnt get past the startup part on the launcher, now i get to log in but all servers are X'd saying theyre all down ...

Just want to make sure it is really all the servers and not just a problem im having for some reason, i was onlyjust on 2 hours ago, went afk at character select screen and came back and I was d/c'd/timed out , havent been able to get back on since ...

Been trying to look for something on the lotro site now its back up referring to downtime but cant see any reference to it..
is it me or everyone down ?
