I dont see any info that blu-ray discs will be scratchless.

This is a far streetch from scratchless, and having information more compacted, scratches should be more devestating.

And their second one had several problems associated with it.
several of the first ones would over heat after a few minutes was one of the most common complaints.
That was why I posted 3 links listing the problem, plus the 3rd link had another link to where they were being sued for it.
It is america, people sue for anything, and it depends, is it worth fighting the case, especially with the jury bias against gates and microsoft already.
That doesnt mean I agree with the suit, but it was enough of a problem for it to progress that far.
