My account key is consumed,cant play anymore...boring...Follow

Man...my account key doesnt work so i cant play,what do i do to create a new username?{I canceld my other one...}

I've tried this and they won't send you a new one. The only way to get a new account key is to purchase a new copy of the game. But, if you still have the password to your account, you should still be able to use it, you just need to purchase a new game card or subscription time.

It would be a bad business move to delete old accounts. Does it really take that much upkeep? SoE always has the chance that the customer comes back, and will want the old account.

Don't make a new account, go to your old one and put a credit card or game card back in, and it should re open. Other wise do what I did once..

Do alive chat with SOE, say that your account is consumed by you, and you need to re use it. They can perma ban the old accoutn adn you can make a new one. They did it once for me when for some reason my old account didn't work on Fronts and I had to figure out how to get the old account on it.

Yes I know a player who wasn't on for a year and account was still active.
