MUST KNOW...i took a guess and she said someone was close...hopefully its me. I said maybe it has somthing to do with the 65 bp...then someone said 65 lvl cap...she said soemone was on the right track but wont say who...

Hmm maybe the third reward is a free rehab. I doubt its a level 65 cap. Or prehaps these level 65 items are made equipable.
So if they do make it a 65 cap they would have to revamp certain areas for xp'n. Bump up some raids mobs to make it worth it or it would be like raiding vox at 60 just no point in a raid
Level 65 cap for a choice would not be good since it would create a large unfair advantage, would require hundreds of new items, new xp zones, class mastery changes etc...
What are the 65 items you speak about Don?
Theres a tank cleric bp that dropped at sirens 40sta 175hp 480ac. Level 65 tank/cleric all race.
Then some ogre bard or something odd dropped off the epicsode 2 dragon in sbm. lvl 65
Theres also been some other items Ive heard about.

You dont want to see them dance, unless of course it is for a good laugh. Kerrans make the best bards though, we eat ratongas for snacks.

Theres a Level 65 2 handed axe and a cap that you get from 20 human necro/sk quest. no tradelore though but it could be some kind of preveiw.

Those item are pre fronts always been there
Maybe the zaoria plateau is ready, and it is opened up only after your 60 epic is finished, it would be an area for those who maxed their level. Sorta like how IoD used to be.

It's Barbarian Bard. And last I seen, it was level 50.
But it gives literally 100 to every stat, str sta agi dex wis int cha hot pot power hp, ok, i guess it dont give ac or resist.. but still!

No. Thats a trident that drops off the named fish in the underwater cave.
This just a few guesses i have for the 3rd reward
necros:a power full nuke(not macthing defiler nuke of course)
a pet buff
Ranger: A small heal(there part druids)
All i can think of at the moment.

they wouldnt give necs a new buff when soul master and LOP are too much as it is anything more would overpower them.
as for the nuke there fine as it is anything more is overpowered
rangers i'd say they will get a huge dex/str buff to make them more up to par dmg wise to other melee.

I would like to see a nice stack heal for the druids.
Maybe a lr buff/debuff (we have lightning nukes)

wife has a human stormcaller with Call Lightning MCA, a sweet
nuke (1400+ damage) with a short recast and low mana to cast.
Would be nice to see druids receive a LR buff and debuff to complement their existing FR/CR buff. Or maybe a CR nuke to complement existing FR and LR nukes :)
Fun to group with her because we can port anywhere from Dead Hills to PoS and she does most of the damage with her LR nuke her FR debuff/DoT and FR nuke because my defender kinda lacks DDing prowess. She's never been the type to just sit back and just heal (boring).

Oh yeah I wonder what will become of the lvl65 breastplate received from Tilvylis. lol dam "blueberry" as Ozmo called him, wife's stormcaller had to root him once a battle while fighting him with my defender and then my DK (Death Scream really helped here by debuffing Tilvylis' STR and AC).

They aren't going to give enchanters a DD pet.. that would ruin one of the MCs.

most of the 3rd rewards are 4 diff bp's tunics w/e for each class that are interchangeable
