I havent heard of the lvl cap being anything but 60.

There are 2 hidden areas, the first is already opened up and is the PoD. The second is called something plateau, there have been some mention about it, but no confirmation if it will ever be released.

As for the disk in the comp thing yeah frogloks are in the game but only killable and there opening the zorian plateu soon which has already been announced. As for listening to what retards say in the game is just retarded. Sony will let you know when there ready to do stuff.

Also ps3 is coming out eqoa is a dead game if anything it will be for ps3 there not going to waste money on development on a soon to be dying system. Also any mmorpg you get will have extra content incase they wish to release it makes it easier if and when. If the content wasnt there they would have to make a new disk and there is not enough demand for this game at the moment.

Do not dismiss what he is saying so quickly.I heard from a very reliable source at a video game con about some kind of huge changes that will be going on in EQOA in the near future.I am not saying it is exactly those things stated that will come to pass but something may.

let me clarefy myself i had heard the rumors them my bud on eq told me 5 mins after a wrote the post to run the disk through the dvd on my computer and you could see whats missing

Pop the original disk in you will see content never released it's just the way it goes.
I know the level cap on the disk itself if atleast 70. But we will most likely never get it. But, I know for a 100% fact it's true because one day a GM's son got his account info, logged in and went crazy on DH, he was level 70, makeing level 60's level 1's, level 1's level 60's, and giving out billions of Tuner. Some guy made a thread about it here and on the official EQoA forums (and I think hodstock, I'm not sure) and most of the replyies said it was BS here, but then on the official EQoA forums they officially said it was a GM's spn who did it all, and tha everything will be restored to normal. The char the guy was playing was level 70. That woulda been awsome to see.
NON PLAYABLE characters do go to 70. Just think of all the high end mobs running around.

it may be there it may not you sure you see what you think you see? There needs to be codes for levels of npc's in the game from level 1 to 70 so you may just be reading the codes that shows there are level 70's

They have the power to make themselves any level have any wep any spell any size anything. So just because a GM can do it dont get your hopes up.
I always wanted to be a froglok, but my slow-as-hell computer won't support EQ2, let alone reg EQ. Too bad they couldn't redo the NPC mobs in Guk to support a new character race. They would make pretty cool casters, and a froglok warrior? Bard? Cleric? It just sounds so cool!

That is why Ogres where released they made a zone that had their starting city in it. Right now froglocks have not taken over grobb, and are mainly found in a dungeon that has high level quests in it.
