Not bad nice bit of pot on it. Just a good thing inventory space isnt calculated by str like other games, -70 on a wizzy would make them about 0 or owing str. But I dont think the pot stacks on items.
Its 100% of item with highest pot
10% of second highest pot item
and 1 pot for every other item wiht pot on it
so if that was you highest pot item ud get all the pot on it but if ti was second highest pot item you would only get 3 pot

PoT works by taking your highest Item with PoT on it in this case Gorvicks Claw has 25 POT
Lets say your next biggest PoT item is +20 you will only get 2 PoT of it beacuase it is 10%.
Any other items with PoT nets you +1 PoT.
lets say you have 5 other items that are +5-15 PoT, a Gorvicks claw and and item with 20PoT.
X being a variable representing your natural PoT through cms and hight int. and Y = the end result.
You will get this formula: 25 (100% of gorvicks)PoT + 2 (10% of the +20 Item)PoT + 5 (1x5 for the 5 PoT Items 5-15PoT)PoT + X
Solve for y.
Y = 25 + 2 + 5 + X or Y = 32 + X
Does this confuse you more?

Well the same formula applies to HoT. I wish I could remember how the int breaks down to PoT i think its like 5 int = 1 PoT.

both base pot and hot are from your power and hp total, not the stats.
They did the pot hot this way to prevent over powered toons. If HoT and PoT gear stack there would be no need for healers or batteries at all, and one of the reasons the changed the hat when frontiers came out, 54 hot was way too much.
