The best way I have found to help with knowing if a RR is charmable. Stand far enough away from the RR, But make sure you are in los of it, Try to charm. We all know you won't be able to because you are to far away, But the message you will get "Target is out of level range for that ability" Well you know you can't charm that one, Or the other message will be, "Target is out of range for that ability " That is the one that is charmable. Works will all mobs that way, But of course there is still a chance of Charm failing.
