Offline on EQ too longFollow

Does anyone know how to go back online for EQ, when you've forgotten your password (ugh). And try to re-enter EQ.
I've been on the Sony online website, but the only thing that seems to happen is that they want to recreate a new password, (how can I do that when I don't even remember the old one).
Also, I can't create a new account because it remembers my key code from the software I purchased.

Has anyone had this kind of problem, and how can I resolve it without having to call customer service?

You'll either have to remember your password, or call Customer Service. There is another way that if you can remember what e-mail address you used to register the account. Since *most* of my username/password combos are the same, I rarely run in to any problems like this.

whatever you do dont use the online support they sux. i asked for a simple password reset and they told me i needed to give them the credit card i used when i opened the account after i told them i cancelled the card 2 years prior. they are idiots and im pretty sure they are just bots too. phone support is the best way to go they will at least work with you. the problem there is just getting someone to answer the freeking phone.
